Semaglutide
2mg per vial
Also known as: LY3437943, GGG tri-agonist
Retatrutide 10mg is a research-grade metabolic & glp-1 peptide compound supplied as a sterile lyophilized powder for laboratory research applications. Metabolic and GLP-1 research peptides are a class of incretin and incretin-mimetic compounds studied for their effects on glucose homeostasis, energy balance, and gastric emptying in animal and in-vitro models.
In published research literature, GLP-1 receptor agonists such as Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Retatrutide bind to the GLP-1 receptor (and, in the case of Tirzepatide and Retatrutide, additionally to GIP and/or glucagon receptors) on pancreatic beta cells and central nervous system targets. This receptor activity is studied in laboratory contexts to characterize downstream cAMP signaling, insulin secretion patterns, and central appetite-regulating pathways. Cagrilintide, an amylin analog, is studied separately for its effects on satiety signaling.
Research applications include in-vitro receptor binding assays, animal model studies on energy expenditure, characterization of dose-response relationships, and comparative pharmacology between mono-, dual-, and tri-agonist compounds.
Lyophilized GLP-1 research peptides are shipped as sterile powder. Long-term storage at -20°C is recommended; short-term storage post-reconstitution at 2–8°C in bacteriostatic water for typically up to 28 days under sterile handling.
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water using sterile technique. See our FAQ on reconstitution for typical research-grade reconstitution protocols.
