PEG-MGF (Repair) 2mg is a research-grade muscle peptide compound supplied as a sterile lyophilized powder for laboratory research applications. Skeletal-muscle research peptides are studied for their effects on muscle-protein synthesis, satellite-cell activation, and myostatin signaling in animal and cell-culture models.

Research mechanism

Follistatin and Myostatin inhibitors antagonize the TGF-β family signaling axis (myostatin/GDF-8) studied for effects on muscle hypertrophy in research models. IGF-1 LR3 (Long R3 IGF-1) is an IGF-1 analog with reduced binding-protein affinity, used in cell-culture research to study IGF-1 receptor signaling. ACE-031 is a soluble activin receptor decoy studied in published research literature.

Research applications include myoblast differentiation assays (C2C12), Western-blot characterization of MAPK and Akt-mTOR signaling, and animal-model body-composition studies.
